More miss than hit
Thursday was decent. Stayed on the first floor, arrived at 7pm and managed to catch the check-in staff and eat in the restaurant.
Hotel room felt dirty...dust on the cupboards, hairs on the floor, smell of stale cigarettes, etc.
But shower was hot and powerful, if leaky.
Restaurant was surprisingly good...OK menu, but food was tasty and well prepared.
Breakfast VERY disappointing though...no fruit, small choice of food.
Sunday's stay was not so good. Got room 225, facing the entrance road. Definitely smoked in, dirty, with cigarette burns in the bedsheets and pillows. Cupboards and floor full of dust.
And the restaurant doesn't even open on a Sunday, so no food that night.
Breakfast even more disappointing that the first night.
And to cap it all off, I left my toothbrush in the room , but staff 'are unable to find it'...

Zero service.
Then received an email that no rooms are available anymore.
Called 2 times - AI voice keeps talking endlessly. Requested a callback.
No one thinks it is necessary to call back here!!
Then finally a callback. And the absolute worst part is that one does not have to take care of the cancellation of the non-existent rooms oneself. This is unbelievable and unacceptable!!
The absolute last thing you need!
