Friendly, clean, but with some compromises

Very nice staff, appealing, clean hotel,
large room with great sea views, kitchenette, dining table, couch corner and small, clean bathroom,
But: unlovely, old-fashioned furnishings/furniture without decoration (except a few pictures on the wall) , kitchenette and cupboards partially broken, carpet and walls stained,
Breakfast: nothing special, but totally fine and you get well fed
Total: Value for money reasonable
(except for the parking fee of 15€ per day)

...nice house with a lot of potential up...

...the hotel is located in the center of the village ... we booked the hotel directly....wanted a 2 room on the top floor (unfortunately this one didn't exist for us)...instead we got a room above the delivery and the staff entrance (from shortly after 7:00 our night was over due to daily staff smoking break and occasionally delivery with a big truck!..... also the invested 5 euros for a newly renovated room were not well spent in my opinion (cabinet in the narrow entrance area and a shower door that can only be opened by a third)...also there was a lot of air up at breakfast.... a broken throughout the week vending machine for juices and a below average coffee made the holiday no nicer....and last but not least the cleaning of the rooms every two days was also very superficial..... Conclusion: a beautiful house with the much potential up....

Good hotel, friendly, flexible and centrally located

Great hotel! Centrally located, super friendly Service, flexible and looking after the guest's well-being.
Actually we wanted to spend our night in Sassnitz in another hotel - but there we were obviously not welcome, despite long-term booking. The spa hotel welcomed us 5 adults very fast, friendly and flexible. The parking behind the house costs a little, but it is closed off, spacious and located directly at the hotel.
To the beach promenade it is about 10-15 minutes walk.
Breakfast is very rich and good. Check-out was very straightforward. Cooperation with the Hotel Rügen next door (where the check-in took place).

We stayed at this hotel from 14.07. to 17.07.2025. The house is very appealing and lovingly designed. Our room (renovated) was large enough, the beds very good, the breakfast buffet excellent.
But the renovated bathroom has left us with some question marks. There is only a very small shower in the relatively large room. The only hook for hanging a towel is about 2 m from the sink. The cheap toilet lid has no automatic lowering. In front of the mirror there is a wide shelf, which means that a woman cannot wear makeup and a man cannot shave without dislocating his back. Swivel vanity mirror and cosmetic wipes are misrepresentation. We also wondered what to do with the puller in the shower. Like cleaning the shower yourself? In the end, we used the suction cup hook that hung the puller to hang a towel from the sink. Another criticism: the reception staff are friendly but unable to provide the required Service to guests.

Very good, especially the buffet for breakfast.

Top, cozy but noisy!!! Breakfast very delicious! Recommended. Can only recommend, the staff are very nice. The rooms are clean, tidy and cozy. Is worth a trip and parking behind the hotel
