The perfect place to relax
Notable is the great service orientation throughout the hotel. Every question and concern was answered totally courteously and you always felt welcome. Our room overlooking the hotel garden was state-of-the-art, tastefully designed and the room maintenance team did a great job. Breakfast at the reserved place for us in the cozy hunting parlor left nothing to be desired. We were also delighted with the dinner. The in-house SPA area is a place to feel good. A beautiful relaxation area with fruit and drinks and a beautiful sauna area invite you to relax. The swimming pool is also very well maintained. The massage booked at short notice was very good.
We felt super looked after as guests and will definitely come back. A big thank you to the whole team, I. + J. S.

Too bad!
Unfortunately, the Service leaves much to be desired both in the evening and (and here especially) in the morning (ex: we were not approached if we wanted to order something - had to ask several times / when ordering an omelette in the morning, we got another egg dish - on request: we just don't make an omelette :). We were particularly surprised by the speech and the tone of dealing. It's too bad. For a four-star hotel, there is still plenty of room up here.
In the evening, a large (somewhat 20pers) group sat directly under the room windows, who drunk themselves until 0:30 and loudly made a “good time”, but could behave ruthlessly towards all other guests, as the staff had given no indication (even at our request) to possibly go in after all (at least after 0am it would have been appropriate). It was also impossible to reach a person in charge, as the reception was already vacant from 9 pm. Incomprehensible, because no one is available for us guests.
Biggest challenge for this hotel: not investing in a pool complex outdoors (here the garden was a big construction site - another guest described it as: well , we look at construction fences), but rather please in the staff.
The number of stars is so incomprehensible.

wir bedanken uns für Ihren Besuch bei uns und bedauern das negative Fazit. Da Sie dieses ja gleichlautend bereits bei Google als Bewertung hinterlegt haben, sehen Sie uns bitte nach, dass wir unsere dortige Stellungnahme hier der Einfachheit halber wiederholen:
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie sich insbesondere von unseren Mitarbeitern nicht gut behandelt fühlten. Zumal es gerade das Mitarbeiterteam ist, für das wir ansonsten das größte Lob von unseren Gästen bekommen (wie es ja auch zahlreiche Bewertungen in verschiedensten Portalen zeigen). Wenn in Ihrem Fall gleich mehrere Mitarbeitende in unterschiedlichen Schichten unaufmerksam oder unangemessen reagiert haben, tut uns dies ausdrücklich leid und wir bitten um Entschuldigung dafür. Selbstverständlich investieren wir mit regelmäßigen Schulungen zu verschiedensten Themen in unser Team und werden dies auch weiterhin tun, um allen Gästen einen fachlich und menschlich sehr guten Service anbieten zu können.
Dass Sie in Ihrer Nachtruhe gestört wurden, bedauern wir ebenfalls sehr. Es kommt tatsächlich nur sehr selten vor, dass die Terrassen so lange in die Nacht herein besetzt sind. Allerdings möchten wir Ihrer Schilderung, dass niemand erreichbar war oder reagiert hat, widersprechen. Ganz richtig beschrieben haben Sie, dass die Rezeption ab 21 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt ist. Allerdings können Sie danach noch immer im Restaurant Mitarbeiter antreffen. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Telefonnummern, die die ganze Nacht erreichbar sind. Diese sind in der digitalen Gästemappe aufgeführt (per QR-Code über das Tagesprogramm und einen Aufsteller im Zimmer auffindbar, in der Regel auch über einen Hinweis auf dem Zimmertelefon). Eine der beiden Nummern wurde auch von einem Gast in der Sache kontaktiert (von Ihnen?) und die Gruppe auf der Terrasse wurde daraufhin gebeten, diese zu räumen. Dieser Bitte ist die Familie auch zeitnah nachgekommen, sodass innerhalb von maximal einer halben Stunde Ruhe geherrscht hat. Den Vorwurf, dass niemand erreichbar war und nicht reagiert wurde, können wir somit nicht bestätigen.
So oder so ist sehr schade, dass Sie eine negative Erfahrung bei uns gemacht haben. Ihre Bewertung ist uns bei aller Enttäuschung über das negative Resümee ein Ansporn zu Verbesserungen.
