The hotel told me they could not do anything about the booking and referred me to the booking made through a booking company and then they referred me back to the hotel, and I was sent back and forth between the two without anyone taking responsibility for helping me resolve the issue.
In the end, I had to pay for another night at the hotel, despite already having made and paid for a booking. I understand that the booking error was mine, but I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and, especially, the poor customer service.
A much better solution could have been offered, particularly since the booking had only been made a few hours earlier. Overall, a very frustrating experience and unfortunately not the level of customer service I expected.

A truly unpleasant experience that dampened the vacation.
Room 1 was full of dust, hair on the couch, hair in the bathroom, and a poorly cleaned or uncleaned toilet. Received another room after complaining. The cleanliness was better there, but you were living with silverfish.
The staff seemed unprofessional. The overall impression was primarily cost-minimizing.
A large number of swallows live in the parking garage. A number of cars were covered in droppings. It meant finding a spot that was not under a sprinkler pipe.
We booked two days and left after one.

No cleaning and poor service!
When you arrive, the employees are sitting/standing in front of the door smoking. Or they are riding their scooters in circles in front of the entrance and the roundabout. Great impression!
When we arrived in our room, it was already completely dusty.
We stayed for two nights and deliberately booked a hotel and not a vacation apartment so that it would be cleaned. When we came home in the evening, we had to realize that our room had not been cleaned, even though it is a completely normal hotel. As a result, we went to the reception to complain. There, they tried to convince us that we should have hung out a sign saying that we wanted cleaning. We don't even have a sign!!! And nobody said anything about that at check-in. Here, customers are being fooled to the extreme and taken for fools! The only sign we have is: "Please do not disturb". There was no cleaning sign on any door on our entire floor.
The restaurant is totally outdated.
Breakfast is okay, but very, very cramped and crowded. Lack of space.
The eggs are cold and Nutella is empty for days.
