Value for money

Good price for those on a tight budget. Although the distance from the Holy Mosque is far but the shuttle service is good to compensate for it. Those who prefer to grab a cab will need to fork out between SAR15-20.

Updates on my last review.

We have been contacted by a lovely polite young man from exec club lounge to offer an alternative room for us. I like it when people Re reactive in a possible way than just say sorry. They gave us a better room and views to the standard we expected from day one. Thank you for this.
It appear the reason for Al Naseem being over crowded is that not only are jumeirah beach hotel sending 50 per cent of there customers due to refurbishment but the hotels the other side Mina a Salam and the forth west one are also doing refurbishment all at the same time and sending all the customers here to Al Naseem. I think the planning of this for Jumeirah is very very poor and feel sorry for all the staff and manager mr Alexander here but it's the guests who are suffering.
The pool sliding and slipping is going to be there until they fix it and the overcrowded is going to be there until the other 3 hotels are done by end of November. My suggestion would be give this hotel a Miss for a year til they get a chance to show themselves without being overcrowded otherwise you might not come back. First impressions count and it's not good at this stage.

Excellent hotel with round the clock shuttle service to Haram.

Stayed at this property for six days with friends on a trip to umrah. Amazing property with a quite neighborhood. New building with spacious and very well maintained rooms and toilets. Even though this property is app 2 kilometers from Haram they have round the clock shuttle service every 15 minutes to the nearest point of the holy mosque which is a very big plus point.very prompt house keeping staff. Mr.Kohinoor and Mr.Ali at the reception are very kind and very helpful. Booked through booking.com and got a very reasonable price which is definitely worth. Looby is very good. Came back from Madinah and are staying at this property again for 5 more days right now. Mr. Kohinoor was very helpful in booking the rooms for our second visit. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Good Place for staying for Omrah

Place:
Clean, tidy, New Furniture, Central A/C (low noise), Comfortable bathroom, Friendly stuff, Free WIFI.
Have Shuttle bus from and to Al-Haram every 15 mins - so no need to walk or take a taxi. (3 mins by bus to Al-Haram)

Good hotel

New and clean building
room was big and clean
staff was very helpful
shuttle service was available to and from Haram.

There is no restaurant near the hotel. had to walk a bit but it was a bad restaurant.
