Beautiful stay ..exceptiinal experience at Movenpick makkah

The stay was wonderful..exceptionally beautiful from the moment of entry till the checkout..the staff .services are so fast .excellent and dome with respect..the dine in food was super..delicious and cost friendly

Below expectations for renowned brand

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. There was no internet connection during my stay, which was very inconvenient. The room also had several defects that affected the overall comfort and experience.
The corridor leading to the room was badly lit and felt rather unwelcoming. The toilet also looked old and in need of renovation and better maintenance.
Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the basic facilities and condition of the room. I hope the management will address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.
