My experience
Related to hotel everything was good, room, breakfast, service. Employees are polite. But there is one big problem if you stay there and someone goes with wheelchair, from hotel to haram masjid you must go by bridge (there is no other way) and it is sooo difficult to go with wheelchair. If you’re planning stay in this hotel and you have someone goes with wheelchair, I do not recommend.
But otherwise all things related to hotel is good.

★★★★★ Excellent Stay at Sheraton Jabal Al Kaaba, Makkah
I had a very good experience staying at Sheraton Jabal Al Kaaba in Makkah. The hotel is very close to Masjid al-Haram, and overall the service and hospitality were excellent.
The hotel is neat and clean, with a pleasant ambiance, comfortable rooms, good room size, and fresh food. The staff were generally very helpful and cooperative.
A special mention for Tatul from room service, who was extremely kind, helpful, and polite. Also, Muhammad, the restaurant manager, was very active, cooperative, well-organized, and genuinely kind in managing the restaurant.
One important point for families travelling with elderly people or wheelchair users: the hotel is reached via a fairly steep slope of around 300 metres. Because of the steep incline, assistance may be needed, and I noticed that some sweepers in green uniforms help take elderly/wheelchair guests up the slope for around SAR 10. The hotel should ideally consider providing easier and more organized assistance for elderly and wheelchair guests.
Regarding prayer, the hotel has a prayer room where you can hear the Masjid al-Haram speakers. I was told that because of the distance and the slope, there may not be a continuous connection of the prayer rows (saff) between the hotel and the Haram, so guests may need to wait until the saff reaches the hotel area before following the prayer from there. I have mentioned this only as something guests may want to clarify with the hotel/religious staff, rather than as a definite ruling.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Sheraton Jabal Al Kaaba, especially for its location, cleanliness, room comfort, food, and helpful staff. The only significant area for improvement is accessibility for elderly and wheelchair guests.

Outstanding Staff Who Went Above and Beyond
The staff at the Sheraton Makkah Hotel are truly some of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met.
My mother suddenly became ill, and the staff immediately called the ambulance services and stayed with us, helping to keep her calm until they arrived. Their quick response, professionalism, and compassion meant so much to our family.
I would especially like to thank Mehdi. He went above and beyond to support us during such a difficult moment. He helped my mother stay calm and conscious, and his kindness and reassurance made a huge difference. He is an outstanding member of the team.
May Allah bless Mehdi and all the wonderful staff at the Sheraton Makkah Hotel for their kindness, care, and dedication. We will always be grateful.

Wonderful stay
I stayed at this hotel and my experience was excellent. The reception was very classy and the staff were extremely respectful and cooperative. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious, and the service was wonderful and excellent. This reflects the excellent management of the restaurants, and I especially mention the very kind and wonderful Mr. Muhammad Al-Ruwaini. Indeed, this is the best thing about the stay, and thank you for his attention to us and the guests of God. This shows that he has a high level of experience in management. The location is distinguished and close to everything.
Honestly, it was a very comfortable stay and I highly recommend it, and I will return again, God willing. May God reward you.
