Very good staying

Al Ansar Hotel is a hotel very good for stay as Umrah or Haji. Position hotel is in front of the Masque of Nabawih just 50 meters . So very easy to go pray . You don't need waiting in Masque , every will do pray. About condition Al Ansar Hotel is very clean and the staff very welcome and friendly. The view from window is very nice soooo come stay in Al Anshar Hotel

Very bad

Attention
We stayed in a two person room rooms very small narrow kitchen ugly staff zero attention nothing cleanliness will exceed zero very bad hotel never cared we had to stay for two days because the tourism company had already gotten us here we had to formally found our stomach elevators very useless settings broken

Bad Experience

Worst hotel , no daily cleaning service for the rooms. Requested many time but no responce. Many insect (khatmal) found in mattress.

WORST HOTEL EVER

Worst hotel ever. I came yesterday and I can’t wait to leave. The mattresses had food bits left on them which means it was not cleaned. The housekeeping were disrespectful, while you’re speaking to them they would just walk off and say that it’s not their duty to clean. The bathrooms stank and did not seem as though it was deep cleaned. There was insects in the bathrooms. If I could I would’ve gave 0 stars. Please don’t waste your money and book one of the other hotels. Think wisely.

very good staying

Very clean, suitable luxury, 5-10 min walking to El-Masjed El Nabawy.
This my third time staying on the same hotel since 2006, it's very good staying, very good prices even on high seasons
