UNHYGIENIC, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Although location is nice, but receiving guests is worst. Overall atmosphere isn’t ideal, Staff at reception with no welcoming expressions, housekeeping staff treat you with dry angry faces, Rooms are dirty, messy and very narrow to move around. When we had experienced this hotel, we were forced to think of the value we had paid for. We had paid an enormous amount to stay in a comfortable environment but found filthy, clumsy, very unhygienic and non professional staff with rude behaviour. Lifts aren’t easy to get down from upper floors. Housekeeping always kept them blocked & busy for their own work even during busy times. I had an incident in their restaurant area at breakfast time. Hanging around self serving food shelf which torn my long shirt on front. I approached to the manager for incident and they didn’t even bother, no excuse, no compensation whatsoever. Whole staff except couple of guys, from reception, housekeeping, restaurant were really unwelcoming, rude, non-hospitality behaviour with no ethics at all. I got all pictorial evidences whatever I said.

Had booked through Hotels.com on arrival we were told that we did not have booking or reservation we had to argue for hours before someone decided to ring there head office for them to confirm and told that they forgot to inform the hotel We waited almost 3 hrs before we were allocated rooms. which was very inconvenient as we were a group of 12.no compemsation or upgrade

Location is great, however, the room allocated was not clean, bathroom in state of disrepair, no hot water. Some staff were not helpful.
Limited lifts taking way too long to get, queues before and after salah times.

The worst hotel i have ever booked in my entire life
Elevator waiting time is terrible
Out of 2 nights, 1 full night with no water in the bathroom

the only good thing about the hotel was the closeness to the mosque, otherwise the Quality was very poor. The food was very average, the lift system was horrible, so we mostly had to use the stairs. The stairways where extremely smelly. The staff however was very nice, the check out time was adjustable and esp brother Riaz from Service on floor 2 was very helpful.
