Very rude, unprofessional, pathetic

Very rude and unprofessional not helpful front staff. We book for 5 beds, they give us 4 beds and blankets so 1 can sleep on the floor, highly not recommended. Pathetic service. Water leaking from a/c duct.

Our money stolen in this hotel

Very disappointed – theft occurred.
when housekeeping entered the room to clean. There is no one in the room except him Afterward, we found our bag had been moved from its original place and money was missing. Management dismissed our concerns and defended the staff without investigating.
Guests should be cautious with their belongings.⚠️

Theft occurance

Very rude staff ..
Very disappointed with this hotel.
We left some money in the room, and after housekeeping entered, it went missing. When we reported the issue to management, we expected a proper investigation or at least some effort to find out what happened. Unfortunately, the response was entirely in defense of the staff, with no real attempt to verify the incident.
This situation made us feel unsafe in our own room, which is unacceptable at any hotel. A more professional and attentive approach toward guest safety and property would have been expected.
I strongly advise guests to be very cautious with their personal belongings in this hotel. In addition its a avery bad not clean hotel bed sheets are not clean ..

Unpleasant

Very rude staff and extremely poor customer service, no staff speaks english or understands a word of it.
Lifts are packed at salah times. Limited toilet paper
One key card per family
Cramped rooms no walking space
Only advantage is it is very close to haram.

HORRIBLE HOTEL FILTHY

I don’t know where to begin this hotel is a disaster the reception staff are horrible rude men they treat women like trash they refused to help they don’t speak any language but Arabic so there is zero communication with them the bell boys are rude and unhelpful they didn’t clean the room for duration of 5 days they refused us toilet roll and towels the rooms are small and claustrophobic. Lifts don’t work or you have to wait 30 mins for it to move no stairs so salah time was a war zone the reception guys took advantage of us being women and refused to help they’re chauvinistic and ignored us in any kind of way. At the end when we were returning home we told them to give us a trolley to take the suitcases down they said no we are busy we asked them half hour before at the end with a injured tailbone we had to drag our suitcases in their broken lifts down and when we mentioned that to the reception the guy said go and shunned us to the door security told us to leave even though we had still paid for that day we were just leaving early due to flight time. I cannot stress enough do not book this place. Other families could be seen arguing to get any support with them then being men they let helped them a little but not much. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and disrespectful attitude sat in Madina they are behaving in this vile way. Beware before booking.
