AWESOME!
The room is so clean! Reception is so approachable.
Ate liezel, Rb, sir khaled and sir jose- they are so accomodating! Everytime we asked something about the menu, ate liezel really knows the foods, ingredients etc. margarita pizza is soo delicious!
for sure will come back again.

Great people and view
I stayed at Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace for four days, and one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast every morning. The food was always fresh and well prepared, but what made the experience special was the excellent service.
A special thank you to Ms. Rechelle and Mr. Ryan from the breakfast team. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every morning they greeted guests with a warm smile, made sure everything was perfect, and created a comfortable atmosphere. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out.
Small acts of kindness like theirs make a big difference, and they made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you both for making my stay even more enjoyable. I hope to see you again on my next visit.

Very helpful staff at the hotel everywhere. Concierge remembered my old room number when I arrived for the second time a week later :-)
Rooms were always clean, air condition working well and wifi as well.
Only think I did not like was the buffet dinner which is expensive but the quality of the food is not at that level.
Breakfast is fine, you can get great egg omelette from always smiling chef.
Pool was clean and large enough for morning swimming.
Hotel is older and would need some upgrade.
What is the best about the hotel is very comfortable bed, people and it is close to my favorite LuLu hypermarket and restaurant and caffee on walking distance from the hotel.
