Excellent value for money. Centrally located.
Very well located in Centro, walking distance to Obrelisk, Calle Florida, Pizza Güerrín and other spots. It’s also only a short Cabify or Uber ride away from Palermo, San Telmo, and Retiro. The concept is interesting and growing in Buenos Aires. You are texted a QR code to access the building and then given a four digit code to unlock a key box next to the room to access physical keys. There is no staffed receptions, however, there’s a person available through video on the first floor if need be. Located between two convenience stores, and surrounded by cafes. Room is comfortable with all of the modern conveniences and a kitchenette supplied with everything one would need. I also really appreciated the balcony facing the street. There’s strong WIFI, and housekeeping is on request. Highly recommended for a stay in this amazing city. The property communicates with you in advance of arrival through WhatsAPP with check in instructions and even a brief video on how to access your room.

DEFICIENT
My experience was far from what I expected. Before arriving, I inquired if it was possible to check in earlier because I was traveling with my son, who was feeling unwell. First, I was informed that check-in was at 2:00 PM, then they confirmed that I could check in at 10:00 AM, so I went directly to the accommodation. However, upon arrival, I could not enter because the access codes were programmed to activate only at 2 PM. Later, I was informed that they had made a mistake and that I could only leave the luggage because the room was not ready yet. I finally entered around 12:45 PM.
The cleanliness was another very negative point. Upon opening the beds, we found hair on the sheets and there was also hair on some shelves in the room. I reported the situation and they sent someone to clean, but we had already had to settle in under those conditions.
The communication throughout the stay was poor. The responses took too long, and when I tried to use the television service listed among the advertised amenities, I could not access it because it required activation codes. It was just the day the World Cup started, and I could not watch the matches. I even tried to contact the emergency number, and they told me they could not resolve it because the responsible person was off duty. Only the next day did they offer to activate the service, when it was no longer useful for us.
Additionally, the sound insulation is very poor. You can practically hear everything that happens in the adjacent rooms, which significantly affects rest.
The positive aspect is that the place looks modern and has a good visual presentation. However, the problems with organization, cleanliness, communication, and services made the experience fall short of the expectations generated by the advertisement.

The super well equipped apartments attended me great! I found the Qr system for access very proactive. We'll be back!

The property overall was fine considering the price we paid. Ammenities and location was good. There is a carrefour next door. Communication with the property was good.
Dislikes were the towels. They were stained. We requested additional towels but they were not any better. Water easily splashes out of the shower, making the floor wet. The main room along floor/wall looks dirty.
