Beautiful day of enjoyment and relaxation

From the moment of departure at the tiger river station (where everything is organized, they call you x phone to guide you in your arrival to it ) the catamaran that takes you , as they receive you in destination (it made me remind the series “the island of fantasy “)
The entertainment proposition, the spa, the outdoor pool
Lunch, massages, time passes slowly and relaxed, and you're left with the taste ..... because I don't sleep. I estimate my second time there will be x the two-day stay! Thank you because it's meant for you not to think and enjoy!

Nos complace saber que disfrutó de su llegada y la recepción, así como de las diversas actividades que ofrecemos, incluyendo el spa y la piscina. Es gratificante saber que su tiempo con nosotros fue relajante y que se sintió como en un lugar de ensueño. Rest assured but with areas to improve

We've been several times, always rested a lot. But some things got better, some things didn't. The new owners are excellent, there are more and there are many more than before. The service at reception and at meals is excellent, but the walks still need maintenance, the food is not bad but before I liked it better. I think there was more variety before. Too bad the change of girls at the spa. I was not happy with the service or the attention.

Nos complace saber que ha disfrutado de su estancia y que ha encontrado mejoras en nuestras instalaciones, como las nuevas reposeras y la atención en recepción y en el servicio de comidas. Sus observaciones sobre las caminerías y la variedad de la comida son muy valiosas para nosotros, y las tomaremos en cuenta para seguir mejorando. Lamentamos que su experiencia en el spa no haya sido la esperada y trabajaremos para asegurar que todos nuestros huéspedes reciban el servicio de calidad que merecen. Overrated, not a 4-star

Full January, over 30 degrees
Maintenance-free hotel
Discomfortable wooden rests
At reception I claim and they tell me there are no mats
Pool with missing venetian coating, sharp edges and you can get hurt

A hotel that is not what it was!

Visit the hotel before the fire and with its previous owners, and general maintenance really fell a lot.
The very unkempt walkways, the pool area with little attention and very few umbrellas for the sun, the shattered docks, the unkempt bungalow rooms, the truth is a real shame to see the hotel like this, since I knew it before.
The remarkable thing is the gastronomy that was very good as well as the attention of Valentina at the reception who helped us with a drawback in our room on the first day and the animation team that are really out of the box.

Eat, rest and enjoy

We enjoyed the whole experience very much.
Very good facilities, good food!!! Excellent breakfast.
We enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools.
We loved everything from the river port exit.
