The best view

Most, hotel with an incredible view of the mountains, large park with very good pool, well maintained facilities - were under maintenance - and clean. The staff very attentive and in all details.
At least, the little varied breakfast and the mattresses that ask for change.

Our last experience at El Cortijo

My wife and I have been to this hotel at least three times before, without any problems, to the point that this time we returned taking advantage of a promotion that they sent us. Now we were in room 29 on the ground floor, we entered on May 24, 2024. Once in it, we found out that the gas heater that was in our room (?), was shared with the room next door. When I went to the front desk to complain, they told me they didn't have another room to move me into. Furthermore, a very rude and almost violent individual came out from behind the reception and told me that it was that or nothing, and told the lady who was answering, literally: "give her the money back and let her leave."
I went back to the room to tell my wife what was happening, and she told me that the mattress of the double bed was sinking on one side to the point that one could not remain lying down without risk of falling.
After negotiations between my wife and the lady who attended, much friendlier of course, we managed to be sent to another hotel, without paying more, more centrally located and with very friendly staff, and with better beds. I remember that at some point the individual I mentioned told me: "then they put it in comments, but when everything is going well they don't post anything." And it's like this, well: why mention something that works as it should, and for which I pay? And why not mention the bad experiences in this regard, for the information of other people?
