Steps away from the Three Borders Landmark
The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and stands out for its beautiful parks. The location is very good: steps away from the Three Borders Landmark and only 6 blocks from the center. We requested a room with a river view that turned out to be very spacious and with a nice balcony facing the park. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it had a safe (as a curious detail, the closet had no doors or drawers).
Pros:
Room comfort: It has a mini-fridge, which is very practical since we were able to buy drinks at a nearby supermarket and refrigerate them there.
Services: Outdoor pool (unheated water), tennis court, and dining room. On the ground floor, they have a hot water dispenser for mate and tea, and cold water at certain times.
Surroundings: The green spaces are impeccable. In the surrounding area, there are fast-food restaurants and shops close by.
Things to keep in mind / Areas for improvement:
Transportation and mobility: The bus service is not the traditional urban city bus, but rather a medium-distance one, so the SUBE card does not work. Uber also does not work in the area; to get around, you have to rely on taxis, although fortunately, there is plenty of availability.
Nighttime lighting: At night, the streets in the area have poor lighting, something to consider if you are walking back from the center.
Property connectivity: The back park faces the river and the waterfront that leads to the port, but the hotel does not have a direct door or exit on that side.
Common areas: It is annoying that in the hallway with constant traffic to the rooms, there is a television on 24 hours a day broadcasting soccer at an uncomfortably high volume.
Gym use: We were surprised to see constant traffic of people from outside the hotel using the gym facilities.

Lamentamos mucho su mala experiencia y la demora en el servicio. Una espera de hora y media no representa la calidad que nos caracteriza. Great hotel, wonderful staff!
For the hotel itself, it was very comfortable and spacious. We were able to rest and recuperate nicely from the episode.
We were able to continue our trip and we just returned home to write this thank-you note!
