Great Location. Perfect for a Stopover
here should be a bigger sign at the front of the property to make it easier for guests to find.
We needed to spend one night in San Luis and this was very close to the bus station. In fact, we walked there. We had a bit of difficulty finding the front door. The sign isn't very big and the lights were out. The owner only spoke Spanish but was very nice and eager to please. We were off-season so we didn't get to check out the pool area. The place needs a lot of renovations but it was fine for a one night stopover.

Lack of maintenance throughout the complex.
The good; close to the bus terminal, supermarkets and city center. Staff attention very nice very quick. Cleanliness could be greatly improved. Beds and bathroom well
The bad: in some rooms lack paint, in the bathroom the shower warm water and little force, lack of place to put the elements that one brings, not all rooms have closet to store clothes, only drawer. The quincho and/or breakfast place is with the grill inside, has fridge gas cooker tell it works a stove, but not microwave. Little bag for the number of people who can stay since q are 7 rooms. The pool does not have a grille as shown in some photos, you do not see that there is water maintenance sometimes somewhat murky. The place to wash your feet is occupied x a hose. There are only 4 wooden pastries for all who stay very neglected. The carports are one after the other which conditions the schedules to enter and exit. It is a place to stay for at most one or 2 nights to rest. I wouldn't come back.

I WOULD NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND
We went with my mom on the long weekend in November. The only thing nice is the pool. Breakfast is not basic, it is miserable, they put the cereal jar without cereal and give you 1 old crescent. The room dirty, sheets unchanged, grime on carpets, floor dirty, bathroom also uncleaned. The attention is horrible too, the girls who are there "attending" are with the cell phone and not giving you the time. Mattresses are disastrous. A very messy and neglected place. If you want to rest and have a good time DON'T GO

I would not go back...
The room was dirty, there was a sock between the sheets!!! The carpet with dirt, and in general everything was neglected. Breakfast very basic and could be improved. The location is far from the center, I would not return nor recommend it. Although it is economical, the cleanliness was deplorable

great spot, good value
overall, we were very pleased with this place, which we found on google maps. we were in san luis solely for the sierras de las Quijadas, so it made no sense to stay in the centre. it is a 6 minute walk from the bus station, there are 2 good parillas and a pizzaria/panadaria within 15 minutes walking, but they also have a kitchen (with parilla grill) for guests.
this place is clean, well-equipped, rooms are large and very quiet. in fact, we could barely hear the group of men chatting away in the kitchen next to our room, even though they were talking above normal. the family has several poodles who are very friendly and not yappy as i'd expected.
there are only 2 negatives. first was that breakfast was more basic than normal--coffee, hot milk, and two criolles each. yes, they were warm from the oven, but no butter/jam/ducle de leche, nada. no juice.
the second was doors. we could not close our bathroom's sliding door because it kept getting stuck. the first time, i was genuinely worried that i would not get out. luckily the door doesn't face the room.
and the lock on our bedroom door kept sticking. we had to ask the owner to come out and lock it for us once.
i would recommend this place. they have a small pool and pleasant garden, could be nice for kids. it's very convenient if you are using San Luis as a base for the region.
to find it, leave the bus terminal, and walk up the street to the left of the toyota dealership. follow around, the posada has a sign on the street, it faces a green area.
