Very good service
We went alone as a couple and we loved it. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi.
It is an excellent option to disconnect for a few days and relax.
We will return

A Great Get Away
A beautiful resort or families, couples or a solo stay.
Assorted size cabins to choose from your needs.
Brand new cabins, with modern kitchen, bath, living/dining area with cable TV, and comfortable bedrooms (even a bbq area). The pool is clean and large to accomodate all guests. Cabins, grounds and pool keep very clean by the friendly staff.
Close to river, shopping and casino.

Respecto a las facturas, se entregan diariamente y lamentamos si en esta oportunidad no estuvieron a su gusto.
Después de 20 años de trayectoria, esta es apenas nuestra quinta reseña de una estrella, lo que afortunadamente habla por sí solo sobre la experiencia de la enorme mayoría de nuestros huéspedes.
Evidentemente, sus estándares son excepcionalmente elevados, por lo que quizás un establecimiento de 6 o 7 estrellas resulte más acorde a sus expectativas.
Agradecemos igualmente sus comentarios y continuaremos trabajando, como desde hace 20 años, para mejorar cada día.

Excelente estadia
Pasamos unos días hermosos en el Complejo Los Cipreses junto a mi familia y mis dos hijos. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos y bien recibidos.
El complejo cuenta con muchísimas instalaciones y juegos para disfrutar en familia, y nuestros hijos realmente la pasaron genial. Todo está pensado para que tanto los grandes como los chicos puedan disfrutar y descansar.
Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención de todo el personal. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento, prácticamente las 24 horas, siempre atentos a lo que necesitábamos y con una muy buena predisposición para ayudarnos.
Fue una experiencia realmente muy linda, de esas que uno se lleva como un hermoso recuerdo familiar. Súper recomendable para ir en familia. Sin dudas volveríamos a elegir Los Cipreses y esperamos poder regresar pronto.
