I would especially like to highlight Ahmed Handy, whose service was exceptional throughout my stay. His kindness, professionalism, willingness to help, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely well taken care of.
The rooms, facilities, and food were all of excellent quality, but what impressed me most was the genuine hospitality and dedication of the staff.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay in Cairo truly memorable!
