An unforgettable stay thanks to an amazing team!
During my trip to Cairo, I had a truly wonderful stay. The breathtaking view of the Pyramids, the beautiful swimming pool, and the excellent facilities are already great reasons to choose this hotel. However, what truly makes this place special is the people who work here.
From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay unforgettable.
Reception Team: Ganna, Doha, Rawan and M. Amira (F.O.M.)
You all deserve a special thank you. You were always ready to answer questions, offer assistance, and make every guest feel welcome. Every day I was greeted with a warm smile, and I truly felt appreciated as a guest. That level of hospitality is something you don't find everywhere.
Excursions & Transportation: Ahmed Sultan
Ahmed, thank you so much for arranging my transportation and excursions. Your honest advice, professionalism, and willingness to help ensured that everything was perfectly organized. Your kindness and dedication truly made a difference.
Swimming Pool: Ahmed Atyaa
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality around the pool. One thing I especially appreciated was that you occasionally played Dutch music for me. It was a thoughtful and personal gesture. Small touches like these make a stay extra special and show that you genuinely care about your guests.
️ Restaurant, Rooftop Terrace & Kitchen Team: Akram, Yamen, Fathy and Mister M.A.
You made every meal a pleasure. The food was varied and carefully prepared. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also excellent and highly recommended. The service, both in the restaurant and on the rooftop terrace, was outstanding. You were always ready to help with a smile, and no request was ever too much. It is clear that you take pride in your work and do everything you can to give every guest a wonderful experience.
What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Everyone worked with enthusiasm and did their very best to ensure every guest had a wonderful stay. That is something money simply cannot buy it comes from the heart.
I would like to sincerely thank all of you for your kindness, excellent care, and the wonderful memories you have given me.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. Not only because of its fantastic location, breathtaking views of the Pyramids, beautiful swimming pool, and excellent facilities, but above all because of the incredible team that makes every guest feel truly welcome.

Unpleasant
Dirty, unpleasant and very poor overall. If you like coffee from sachets and fingers handled breakfast by staff, give it a go. Restaurant served us uncooked fish and out of date bottled water. Staff were praying in the restaurant and on their phones for most of the time. No herbal teas or anything remotely authentic. Don't bank on a good night sleep. Walls are thin and windows not sealed properly. You'll hear everything. Rooms look nice on the surface but don't be fooled. Oh, we also saw photocopies of passports laying around in reception so they are not great on confidentiality either. I won't go on, you be the judge.

My view on the Pyramids
Dear all,
I enjoyed my stay very much(3 nights)❤️
I received an upgrade on my booking with a direct view to the pyramids immediately (during off season) and the people were very polite to me.
I loved the fresh and healthy options (for vegetarians) at the breakfast table and even my dinner choice the Pizza was super delicious.

The staff were very good. The room was an issue. There is only one remote for ACs for a 2 bedroom studio. The bathroom door curtain did not work. Overall, could have been better
