Plenty of sun loungers

Entertainment team very friendly inclusive and work very hard keeping us entertained and joining in.
Food was ok as all inclusive goes

I was lucky enough to have a renovated room. I don't know when the renovation was done, because there are already quite a few things broken or damaged. This is not the biggest problem of the stay, however.
Regarding the food, it is quite basic and repetitive, but if you are not too picky, it can do the trick.
On the other hand, the big downside of this hotel is the staff. Of course, I don't paint everyone with the same brush, because some people are pleasant, but unfortunately a large part of the waiters and some cooks really give the impression that the guests are bothering them. Few smiles, sometimes unpleasant welcome, and an attitude that has nothing to do with what is expected of a hotel supposed to welcome tourists.
Special mention to the two waiters at the pool bar, whose attitude is truly disappointing, as well as the cook at the Italian restaurant, who took the liberty of getting angry at a guest. For me, this type of behavior is simply unacceptable in a hotel.
It's a shame, because with more welcoming and professional staff, the experience could be completely different. But at the moment, I clearly cannot recommend this hotel or give it more than 2 stars.
