Shameful!

I have no idea how booking.com or expedia  could even list this property on their site. It's awful! I had the misfortune of booking 3 nights here as everywhere else was fully booked. Luckily I only needed it to sleep at night as I was out all day every day, I was supposed to be staying with my 2 year old daughter but in the end she stayed with a friend as I didn't want her in that flat. From the moment I arrived it was a shambles. No one to meet me at 'reception' and when eventually 3 pound boys in filthy clothes did show up they asked me 'What do you want?'. Umpteen phone calls later I was taken into a filthy dirty office where I was apparently checked in and asked for payment. I was then shown to my flat. Nothing like the pictures on the website. It was filthy dirty, not even a towel or toilet paper or a sip of water to drink so I quickly went to the shop and got what I needed. Although I found the bed extremely comfortable - I have no idea the last time they changed the sheets and the blanket absolutely stank of stale urine. I slept fully dressed. I don't think the flat had been cleaned from previous people, cigarette papers on the floor, a kitchen with a kettle you don't want to touch as it was so dirty. Burnt pans. Thick layers of dust. Cockroaches. Drains that won't drain. Dirty toilet. Filthy sofa with cigarette burns and the list goes on. I didn't venture up to the pool as I'd seen enough and I certainly did not make any food in the flat like I'd planned to because I chose to eat out instead. A very unpleasant experience and one that I don't want someone else to waste their money on. I'm absolutely disgusted. For the same amount of money you can stay in Rivoli Suites or Ivory Suites if not booked up like it was this time. I'm all for trying new places but by God this is not a place to even consider. The joke is that there are signs up downstairs saying 'luxury suites'. They really are not! And I would love to know which room the photos are taken in because what you see is not what you get. When I get home I will be having a deep bath to wash off the grime from this awful stay. Think wisely and if there is a health and safety team at booking.com please send someone to inspect as I don't believe anyone checked this place before listing it. I wish there was a way to have a refund. Photos attached to reflect my experience!

Unclean, Unprofessional, Noisy

I kept in Avrio for few days, it was always dusty place nothing was clean elevators are always not working, the pool upstairs is very small and unclean and people are swimming with their clothes, i left some stuff in the Studio they took it and said that they kept it in the safe box and then they said that they lost it! Couldn’t be worse than this.

Mr choudhury

Got there about 10pm and the lady who greeted us was so nice and was very hospitable, even though it's not been open for long but it's not too far from the airport. When we told her that we was hungry she turn around and offered to give us a lift in to town because she was going that way herself.
