3rd visit…. Still absolutely incredible
I love this place, in my opinion one of the best family hotels around, so much going on , literally impossible for kids to get bored, we love the à la cartes and also the buffet has fantastic selection of food, so much choice, all the staff are incredible, makes you feel very happy and relaxed , all the staff do incredible jobs but special shout out for salah in the pool bar and the chef who also was in the pool bar and paprika in the evenings…. What a credit they are to Jaz aquaviva. The water parc is fantastic, everywhere is clean the grounds are kept immaculate.
Can’t wait for our fourth visit…. We love this hotel ❤️

Family of 5 with connected ground floor rooms with a beautiful garden view. Great food, great staff and great memories made.
Daily towel animals made by the cleaner as he knew my kids loved to see them. We returned to a fantastic hotel and found it had improved since our last trip. WiFi across the entire resort (including at the beach), cheaper minibar and the same outstanding and well maintained facilities!

6th time at this hotel and it’s got better every time 5*
Amazing hotel amazing hard working staff from cleaners to waiters pool boys management team 5* . Rooms are spacious and clean . Food choice is unbelievable from breakfast to lunch dinner snacks

Best hotel
Once again we had a wonderful 28 day stay at this amazing hotel. Mr Anis and all of his team make you feel so at home it really is like our second home. They all go above & beyond to make us feel welcome & truly are wonderful people. The hotel is spotless & the staff work so hard. The good is amazing I want to mention 2 members of the team who worked so hard to make our stay a fab time. Nicole Kerrigan & Ghofran Abel Rahman who are such lovely people & are so hard working & have excellent interpersonal skills and are not only a credit to the hotel but the Jaz Company.
