Excellent experience, top-notch staff especially Ali Lotfy, fridge always full thanks to him and super kind and helpful. If you find him tidying up your room, don't worry about a thing.

We came back yesterday from a 10 day stay with a group of 16 people. 14/16 of us have been ill with vomiting and/or diarrhoea. Completely ruined the whole holiday. We are all devastated.
It was a real shame because the staff are outstanding. The hotel is lovely and well-kept and the location is great.

Very Enjoyable Stay
Just returned from an 11 night stay at this hotel.
Check in - quick and easy, porter walked us and our cases to our room.
Room - we stayed in a family suite in the residence part of the hotel. These are on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms, separate living area and bathroom. Really nice, spacious rooms with great Aircon. We had a fridge with water provided. Only negative and reason I didn't give 5 stars was cleaning wasn't done on 4 days of our stay. It was about a 5 min walk to the main hotel/pool or less than 2 mins to the relax pool. These rooms did have a balcony but they are absolutely tiny. No issue for us as we preferred to be inside with the nice air con.
Grounds/Facilities - excellent. Staff working non stop to keep it looking immaculate. The complex is long and narrow, approx 0.5km from one end to the other.
The resort part of the complex is at the front by the sea which is where the main pool is located. The residence rooms are further back heading to the relax pool and 2nd restaurant/bar.
The hotel had 2 pool areas. The relax pool at the back of the resort was as the name suggested very chilled. Nice comfy loungers which seemed to be available most of the day.
The main pool area is where the entertainment crew are based. Plenty going on but you are still able to chill out. First few days we got hounded for trips and massages but they stopped after that. Mostly there were loungers available until late morning but it was getting busier as our stay came to an end.
Sea is down a path or steps from the pool area. The beach got really busy really early but by the afternoon had quietened off. The snorkeling was superb, definitely take a snorkel with you.
There's also a room with pool tables up by the relax pool. At the other end there's table tennis, volleyball and tennis courts.
The hotel also has a few shops - a couple selling clothes/bags, a jewellery shop and one which sells general items. We'd read you can haggle in all of these shops but we didn't find the prices in the mini market unreasonable.
We also saw 3 cash machines on site.
Location - Part of why we booked here was because there seemed to be things to do around the area. Whilst this is true the 40 degree heat made walking anywhere difficult and so we went by taxi to most places.
Amongst other things Mango Market and Farsha Cafe aren't too far from the hotel. There's also a small supermarket just out of the hotel (turn left and it's on the opposite side of the road) and a pharmacy (turn left and it's on the same side of the road as the hotel). We'd read mixed reviews about this pharmacy but found one a little further away called Russian Pharmacy. Really helpful staff and the medication we needed was dirt cheap.
Food - never struggled to find something we liked. Amongst other things the 2 buffet restaurants tended to have a curry/stew, grilled meat/fish and a carvery style meat. There was a decent cold selection as well.
As an English person the hot breakfast selection wasn't what we are used to but again plenty of cold choices which were very nice.
The pool bar also served food from 12.30 onwards. Burgers, pizza, salads, we really enjoyed this bar. Ice creams are also available.
Staff - excellent. Work non stop and all really friendly. Only encountered one member of staff at the relax bar whose attitude towards you seemed to be based on if you tipped or not, the rest were really friendly tip or no tip.
There are also plenty of security guards around the resort adding that extra safety.
Other Info - We booked trips through Falcon and Get your guide, both were well organised enjoyable visits. We went to the nearby waterpark and did the quad safari which was superb.
We used the in drive app for taxis a lot. Really easy to use, once you accepted a price on the app we never had one driver who tried to challenge it. We visited Naama Bay and Soho Square by taxi, both really cheap to get to. Soho square which was the furthest away cost us about £6 for a newer car including tip. We would highly recommend visiting Soho Square.
We absolutely loved this hotel and would have no hesitation in going back.

Ali Lotfy cleaned up above all praise! Well done! Hotel meals and Super service! The sea is clean and very beautiful! We recommend it! Were in the room ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
