Tranquility and courtesy

Compared to the luxury of the various resorts here I found a mini village with a well-kept pool, not huge but makes its scene with in bar on board, spotless. Large room first floor with sea view. Well-kept gardens with sofas and tables where you can take the plate of the various buffets. Strategic and central location, you reach old sharm in 3 minutes walk, clean front beach, with daily change of animation towels, beach volleyball and beach bar. Special animation thanks to Mamhood, a very nice guy who made us spend some beautiful evenings. Super friendly staff, sealed water always available in the room. For the buffet I enjoyed dinners with a good grilled chef!! Excellent kofta and roast chicken. Would stay again for the tranquility and availability

Excellent!

The service was excellent, the animation team was very friendly, and the best thing about the hotel was that they brought joy to the place.

One of the top three!

Second time at the hotel Back because they loved it and the hotel got even better! Meals: for lunch two meat dishes, or meat and fish, For dinner grilling - very delicious made by chefs. Chicken is juicy, marinated, hazy, like homemade barbecue. Lyula kebab made of beef, grilled crabs in two weeks gave 3 times, fish - mackerel, some local, like caraya. Homemade beef stew. Eggplant vegetables, potatoes, asparagus beans, carrots, cabbage, green peas, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce, ruccola, .tomatoes. Sweets as usual, lunch and dinner-red wine. Why the wine is watered down is a matter for the administration, but made a remark at the bar and stopped. Coffee is instant, but on the beach they make Italian espresso in the car. Delicious tea! The alcohol is local, like all hotels, even at 5* it's the same, and that's 3*. Every night's a show. The beach is clean, clean, the sand is brought in new, gold color, the deckchairs and umbrellas are pretty decent. Animation is not obtrusive, if you like - you do aqua aerobics, stretching, Zumba. The towels are not new, but in good condition. All staff are friendly, don't beg for money. Best photographer ever! You could walk in the room barefoot-- clean every day, snow-white towels every day. Old town's near, 10 minutes. Takeaway seafood, restaurants. There are two downsides, but the administration can't influence that. 1. At low tide, the sea is just above the belt. 2 Barques, boats park on the left and right, hence the smell of gasoline and water stains. But! if you go to the right, pass the old military base and walk to the wild beach- there's a beautiful living coral and a kilometre of sandy beach. We were never chased into the base area. And the main indicator is the hotel in the footsteps. There are no places available, you need to book 1.5 months in advance, at least. I believe the best value for money may soon get 4 Thank you!

Terrible. They are scammers.

They scammed me. Upon my arrival, they denied that I had a reservation, which was made and paid for through lastminute.com, and that if I wanted to stay, I had to pay for a room myself. I was traveling with my wife and two children aged 7 and 9. They denied being able to give me a room with four beds, as was indicated in my reservation, even when I offered to pay. They offered me accommodation with two bedrooms, which I paid for entirely (again). After repeatedly contacting the tour operator, after the second night, they told me that now the reservation was confirmed and that I could have the four beds in one room, even if they were very close together. I accepted, asking when I would get my money back. They told me that I had to request it from the company, which, according to them, had omitted the reservation. I contacted lastminute.com, they contacted the intermediary, and they said that the reservation was confirmed and that I had paid because I didn't like the room. This is unbelievable since, at most, I should have only paid a surcharge. Not 2 full nights! For those at lastminute.com, their word is worth more than mine... as of today, a month before my return, no refund has been issued. Do not go to the Turquoise, that is the only thing I can say.
