Excellent hotel with outstanding service and very professional staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made our stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Yasser and the reception team for their prompt attention, professionalism, and exceptional care throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again.

Special thanks to Farah from guest relations for all her help. Also I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed from the breakfast restaurant, Mariam and Amy for their hospitality and making sure everything was perfect.
I would also like to Thank Mohamed, Ahmed El Araby and Sami driving us backwards and forwards with the club car to Al Alamein hotel.
