Amazing trip , definitely recommend.
Such a class touch.
From receptionists, to leisure centre staff, cleaners, breakfast staff and dinner staff they were all exceptional. They were so kind to us and our children. They said they had the best stay ever and can't wait to go back.
It meant so much to us. The hotel is so clean and no matter where we went there were staff offering to help.
Chris at dinner time made the children laugh and smile. He was so kind and couldn't have done enough for us as could Lily, she recommended lovely safe family friendly beaches to us.
I didn't get the receptionists names but both ladies were so lovely on check out today.
We can't wait to go back and recommend it to everyone. The children were upset leaving today they wanted to stay another two nights.
We look forward to seeing ye again. Thank you.

The kids passport are a lovely addition to a family break, available at reception when checking in. Our staff also get great feedback like yours as can be seen on review sites such as this.
