A lively, welcoming, genuine spot with the smoothest pint of Beamish!

Wandered in on a rec from a local. There was a lively craic underway on a Friday afternoon with a guitarist cranking out the tunes with guests hoisting pints and singing along!
Fortunately the friendly staff found a good spot for us in the nearby dining room and promptly brought the best pints of Beamish ever! We split a burger, chips and the beef stew. Yeah, loved it and were no doggie bags needed!

Best of Blarney....

I fell in love with this place. The rooms are simple but yet enough space to be comfortable in. The check in was seamless. The restaurant /pub was awesome. The owner was there serving pints. The locals frequent the pub, so you know it's a cool place. It's within walking distance of Blarney Castle and right next to a grocery store. I had the best experience in Ireland here. I would recommend this to everyone. It

Nice rooms

We stayed here one night and got the pleasure of staying in room #1 which is their handicapped room.
The car was fine and large and plenty of room in the bathroom however the shower was a fun experience- looked like a crawler farm but it worked and was designed for wheelchair users I think. It does not change you on that it was a good bed and a good stay.
We had dinner in “Beer Garden” and it was a nice experience – the weather was fantastic and the food really good.
Breakfast in the pub the next morning was very nice. Menu tab where you choose your favorites - full Irish, scrambled or whatever you like.
Here we would love to live another time.

Went for a long weekend with another couple ,

Absolute little gem highly recommend a stay here, you will receive a very warm and friendly welcome both from staff and locals who frequent the pub. Rooms are very nice
The only downside is that there was no traditional Irish music/bands . But did stop us from having a fantastic time
Bus stop right outside will take you into Cork
We are planning a return stay

THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME

We stayed at The Muskerry Arms with two other couples. We went for the Cork jazz festival but ended up staying most of our trip at The Muskerry Arms in Blarney. Our stay was fabulous. Very comfortable en suite rooms & great breakfasts. Lots of live music to entertain us too. The staff make this place a cut above the rest. Sean & Gary went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous stay & we sure did. I must also mention the housekeepers & the bar staff who also do a brilliant job. Thank you for the warmest of welcomes to Ireland.
