Quaint and lovely!

The Station View was lovely. The hotel was conveniently located with the train Station directly across the street, and there was a bus stop right outside the door. The city Centre was a short walk and Theresa, the innkeeper that helped and served us was amazing. She was warm and friendly and made us feel like family. We will go back!

Be sure to be skipped

Checked in, lady behind the counter of the bar popped out, gave me my room key and pointed to the Wi-Fi code and retreated to the bar. No information stand for people passing through that might need some information.
Also no toilet roll in the room, when I went to staff, no one there, bar was closed and no information on where you can call should you have any issues.
Not ideal to stay and if you’re a tourist and needing information, maybe the Wi-Fi code might come in handy as the staff certainly aren’t going to help you or point you in the right direction.

Run down

Stayed here with family for one night in March. if I was as a solo traveller I would not feel safe alone.
Breakfast not included.
Run down establishment , bed and sheets were clean but overall room was just ok.
Mould in bathroom .
I would not stay again

Worst Experience

I booked my parent into this “B&B”.
The room was dark, damp and dirty with holes in the door. The pictures advertised do not match the location. The “tea making facilities” were laughable, cracked dirty cups. Although advertised as a B&B they do not serve breakfast but charge an arm & leg! The staff are very rude and ignorant, in no way helpful. Complete false advertisement!!!!

Appalling

Terrible...Booked this room directly with the establishment. Beds Damp, Room Damp, no running water either hot or cold. I can't understand how this place is actually allowed to open to the public. I would not sleep here if I was actually paid to stay.
