Best place on this island
Amazing hotel.

Amazing Location, Dreadful food
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the food was by far the worst part of our stay. All the food both adult and kids was dreadful. The fish and chips were badly overcooked and far too greasy, and the sautéed mushrooms and onions served with the steak were inedible because they were swimming in oil. Even the breakfast was disappointing, with canned fruit instead of fresh. It would make a big difference if the kitchen paid closer attention to cooking times, used less oil, and focused on fresher ingredients, particularly at breakfast. A review of food preparation and quality control would go a long way toward improving the dining experience. It’s a real shame because the staff work hard, but the quality of the food seriously lets this hotel down.

Super staff team
We're regular visitors to this hotel. We've stayed in both the chalets and hotel building and both offer a different experience. I prefer the hotel building but my friends who are smokers and like sitting out prefer the chalets. The food is good quality, generous breakfasts, good dinner options and inexpensive sambos in the bar during the day. For me the biggest thing is the warm, helpful, friendly and polite staff who can't do enough for you. That's why I'll keep returning to this hotel when I visit the island. One last thing - dining out generally, drinks, bicycle hire etc is not cheap on the island and similar to other tourist hotspots around Ireland but before you moan about it, you have to remember that their season is so very short with a very small window to tide business people over the long winter.

An Unforgettable Experience
I don't even know where to start in description how incredible this hotel is. We stayed here as a family all last week with the LBH. It was phenomenal from start to finish! First of all we had the novelty of a ferry to get to the island. Once there the hotel is approx a kilometre walk from the pier. To get to it you pass the most breathtaking views and beautiful little traditional shops.
Upon arrival the staff were amazing. Mary in the restaurant could not have done enough for anyone this week if she tried. The reception staff were so friendly and nothing was an inconvenience to ask them for (not that we had asked for much). They offered their services at every chance they got
The marquee was a perfect set up for one of the days were it was a wash out. The families got to go in an chill out while being served tea. It was truly lovely
The rooms are fabulous! I would highly recommend this hotel for accessibility. We had a wheelchair user with us. We could navigate the hotel with most ease. The rooms were complete with a fully accessible bathroom (shower room). The staff were able to safely set up a bed for my disabled child. It was done without issue and we all got to sleep in peace knowing he couldn't be harmed in any way.
The hotel has a traditional Irish charm to it in terms of decor. I would be devastated if this was ever renovated to remove it as it adds so much charm and character to it
I had the privilege of seeing the chalets the hotel offers. These are beautiful and convenient. They may suit a modern decor lover more than the hotel!
The hotel sits on a hill that has a view of the pier and beach in front of it. It is just so beautiful. We did as many of the excursions on offer. Each one blew our minds more and more as we toured the island.
The island has a charm and a peace you won't find anywhere else. It is suited to those who can appreciate culture and landscapes. It is quiet and tranquil. It is a safe place where women (like myself) could go out walking at 1 am and didn't feel the need to look over their shoulders. It is truly an experience to experience. I would recommend it whole heartedly and return without hesitation. As a family holiday it was not only wonderful but one we will cherish the memories of for a lifetime

The only place to eat and stays Inis Mor
Great place to stay, staff great, service great and food at both breakfast time and the evening meal choices are excellent.
