Thank you jimena

We were greeted by the lovely Jimena that went above and beyond for us. She was so helpful and made our stay a very special one. The location was great, the atmosphere was so chilled and the room was clean and cozy with a gorgeous view. The curtains were closed with a button. We got use of the spa that is definitely worth a visit. The gym was perfect. We had access to the lounge which was just the extra touch of relaxation. We are so thankful to Jimena for making this a lovely time away for me and my partner.

The Address is a beautiful hotel, but our room was too hot to sleep. We also heard the heavy doors of other rooms slam shut all night. Both of these problems were probably known to management and have easy fixes. The AC unit made noise, but wasn’t blowing any cool air. The doors could have been fitted with mechanisms to slow them as they closed. The staff was apologetic, but didn’t seem very concerned. They also did not provide the correct information about connecting to WiFi.

My first impressions were not very good. I wake up at 4am for a flight and show up around noon to the hotel hoping to rest, and they tell me we have your room ready, but you can't get it until 3pm unless you pay an extra 40 euros. The room was already over 200 euro/night. I've been to so many hotels and I don't get such a greedy welcome anywhere when I land early.
Then we finally get our room later that afternoon and the AC is broken. All they have is a fan that wasn't very powerful. By the second night we wanted to switch rooms and they couldn't do that because they were sold out, so they gave us a second fan that also didn't do much. And I heard other guests complaining about hot rooms as well, so it's not a one off. They need to maintain the AC systems better.

Very comfortable stay

Everything was great, room was really nice and had AC which is not that common in Ireland. Also had a nice view of the city.
We enjoyed the spa amenities.
Overall very friendly staff but specially Johanna at reception was great and made sure our stay was as comfortable as could be.

Lovely hotel and staff.

This was our fourth visit in the past 7 years. Great location within walking distance of main attractions, restaurants and entertainment as well as close proximity to public transport. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very busy one night due to nearby concert and we couldn't get in to the restaurant or get through to them by telephone to order. However, the reception staff were fab and came up and took our order and we got our food via room service. Breakfasts in the basement were fab and I enjoyed a cooked Irish breakfast each morning of our stay.
The only complaint I would have is the noise of the doors since the upgrade. There were doors banging across the hallways at all hours of the night. Not sure if it is because they take so long to close that people are just pulling them shut and making them bang, but doors separating hallways also banged noisily. A bit annoying but not bad enough that it would stop me coming back to visit again.
I feel our Club King Room was definitely value for money and glad we opted for upgrade from standard room.
