We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed four relaxing nights in one of our Lake View Suites and that the spectacular views across the lakes provided such a memorable backdrop to your stay. It sounds as though you made the most of your time in Kerry, exploring Muckross and Killarney National Park, as well as venturing to Glenbeigh to enjoy the beautiful Greenway.
It is particularly lovely to hear that you enjoyed your dining experiences with us, from relaxed evenings in the Bar to your special dinner in the Restaurant with your family overlooking the lakes. We are delighted that the food, setting and personal service combined to create such a memorable evening.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the hotel and its spectacular views across the lakes, as well as the kindness and helpfulness of our team and the quality of the food and beverages. It is particularly pleasing to know that these aspects of your experience made a positive impression.
We are, however, sorry to hear of the frustration you experienced with transportation during your stay. While our peaceful location overlooking the lakes, just outside Killarney town, is something many of our guests particularly value, we fully appreciate that convenient and reliable transport is an important part of the overall guest experience for those wishing to explore the town and surrounding area.
For guests planning excursions or evenings in Killarney, both our complimentary hotel shuttle and local taxi services can be pre-booked in advance through our Concierge team. This is the best way to ensure that transport is arranged at a preferred time and to avoid unnecessary waiting, particularly during busy periods. We are sorry if this was not made sufficiently clear or if we could have provided better guidance when assisting with your arrangements.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the waiting times you experienced. Waiting 30 minutes or more to depart, and considerably longer on occasions when returning to the hotel, is understandably frustrating and certainly not how we would wish any guest to spend their valuable time in Kerry.
Thank you again for recognising the many aspects of Aghadoe Heights that you enjoyed, while also providing such constructive feedback regarding transport. Your comments are greatly appreciated and will help us review how we communicate the transport options available to guests before and during their stay.

Perfect Base for Exploring the Ring of Kerry
The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer stunning views of the mountains and lake.
The service is outstanding throughout the property. The restaurant and bar are both excellent, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and dedicated to providing a first-class guest experience.
