Fantastic hotel
The whole experience was second to none. Hotel is fantastic, the rooms are gorgeous spacious and very comfortable. Food is delicious.

OK not the best
First time staying in this hotel as a family. On arrival we wanted to head into the bar area to get something quick for the children to eat after the journey. The staff were quite unpleasant and not very helpful in explaining how we should order food etc so after we figured it out ourselves we left not wanting to return there to eat for the rest of the stay. The reception were friendly and helpful. The staff at the leisure centre/pool area were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good however the plates which are usually warm were actually scolding hot and burnt my husbands hand. The room was nice but felt like a sauna the fan was useless only warm air coming from it so we did have to go to reception at 1am to see if they had another they gave us another one and it was better but still very uncomfortable to sleep or even be inside as a result didn't spend much time in the actual room. Overall it was OK but not put best experience.

The terminator, I be back
Came back again with Family 6 adults 5 children, Have to say you didn't let me down, Excellent stay,kids had a ball,great breakfast, lovely Evening meal,Staff as always excellent. Conor on reception dealt with any questions very promptly and was really pleasant.As I have said before I be back

Nice hotel parking charge was quite expensive, even though they said parking was at the hotel.

Unsatisfactory
So disappointed with the menu, the food was burnt, and inedible. Terrible waste of money.
