Excellent

Excellent stay at this hotel! The service was friendly, professional, and attentive staff throughout. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with an exceptional view that truly made the experience special. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be back!

The tranquility

Excellent hotel with the friendliness of the owners and staff, located near the center but with tranquility, a private beach where you are pampered by the staff in an exceptional sea; it has been our summer spot for a few years now.

Staff walked into our occupied bathroom past a do-not-disturb sign.

We left early — then they halved the refund they’d promised.
One week at Splendor, July:
- **Check-in:** They texted to ask our arrival time. We said 5pm. Room wasn't ready until 7pm.
- **The room:** Previous guests' dirty towels and half-drunk water bottles still in it.
- **The pool:** Chemicals turned every one of our swimsuits green on day one. We didn't get back in all week.
- **The shower** cut off mid-wash for 30 minutes. **Power outages** took the lift out of service.
- **Breakfast:** Cold eggs, every single morning.
- **Last morning:** Beds stripped and the room being cleaned before checkout, do-not-disturb sign on the door. A cleaner then walked in on us in the bathroom. Reception responded with anger and a flat denial it had happened.
- **Complaints:** Asked for a manager repeatedly all week and never got one. The card they eventually gave us had an email address that bounced.
They offered us a 50% refund and told us to leave, so we did — losing the rest of a day we'd paid for. Later the same day they emailed to say it would only be 25%.
Two hours taken from our first day, a full day from our last, and a hotel that halves its word the moment you're off the premises. Dhërmi is beautiful and full of better options. Don't book this one.

Wonderful stay and excellent service

My experience was wonderful. The beach and swimming pools were excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A special thank you to the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. I really appreciated their great service and attention.

Fantastic experience

Excellent hotel breakfast excellent staff impeccable spacious and clean rooms .Beach Service included as well as towels for both the pool and the beach. Shuttle Service although the beach is really close. RECOMMENDED. Best wishes to all the staff with the hope of seeing you again next year.
