Amazing
Everything Great! The view from room balcony was amazing, the breakfast was nice, the cleaning was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpfull, a lot of parking, wifi and airconditioning was good, i recomend and i will come back again. ..

Everything Great!
Everything Great!, I recomend to stay here in ksamil, it has amazing view from the balcony room, the staff are very helpfull, the cleaning exelent, Breakfest it was good, great location, close to ksamil beach, a lot of parking, wifi and aircondition was good.

Convenient location but not 4 star
Comfortable family-run hotel. Excellent location close to the sea but away from the chaos. Beautiful panoramic view.
No elevator. There is no lobby.
The flaw is that all management is entrusted to a single girl (good, efficient and the only one who knows English). But she has to do everything alone.
New and clean facility. Worth 3 stars, not 4.

Worst hotel
The service is terrible, there are not any staff, just only the couple that owes the property. There is not any elevator and no one can help you for the luggage. The room was not cleared after the first day we stayed in. They said the maid missunderstood the room number. The breakfast is served only after 8.00 am and they missunderstood the order. They are not gentle and kind at all. To arrive at the beach the road is totally destroyed and you do not find the right place to park the car. They do not help you with any other require. The oweners stayed all night long talking at the first floor and we couldn't sleeo well. I do not recomand it at all.

Terrible hottel
Mess with rooms we didn't get what we book
There is no superior suite for 5 person 42m2 as they advertise...the suite is not bigger than 30m2.
No speaking English or some other language except Albanian or Greek.The lady was trying to explain in Albaniam evem we didn't speak the language.
No reception or lobby
Bed is not big enough...I am 1,75 tall and it wasn't comfortible for me. I can imagine how my brother was feeling with his 1,88, his legs were on metal frame of the bed
Breakfast same every day...omlet, omlet, omlet.First day they offered some pancakes, but other days no pancakes on the meny. Excuse was that lady who is making pancakes is not coming at work, because her baby is sick! My niece saw some croasants first day and next day she ordered some for breakfast, they don't have them, because it was rainy morning!!! Last day of our stay both of my nieces ordered croasants for breakfast. In one plate they served 3 pieces, in other only 2! How is that possible?
Second day of our stay there ir was raining in the morning. Eating area is on open, so most of the chairs were wet and not useful.
Last morming we seat on the table which was used before. Lady collect things from guests who were esting before us but didn't remove paper table cover which is for one use...we were trying to ehplain to her to change it with new one but she didn't understund...she just remove crumbles from cover and bring our breakfast!
Parking is not real parking...no asfalt, it is just dirth parking place in front of the hotel if you can name this place as hotel
No soap or shampoo in the rooms, no covers, just bottom sheets, that is all
No guest rules, so every night some of the other guests were making too much noise after midnight, fridges in the rooms are too loud. Owners were not polite with us and I can't tell how they were treating other guests
Good wiew if you are lucky to have room with sea view, new hotel with nice furnished and clean rooms, but as I mention before not good for tall people
Ksamil is beautiful place to visit,lot of great places around, restsurants with great and not expencive food,always fresh and tasty, great service, most of the employes fluent in English.
I recomend Ksamil and rest of Albania but don't recomend hotel Queen Margaret in Ksamil
