hotel for one night

The hotel is in the very heart of the city (3-5 minutes walk from Skenderbeg Square). This is a smaller hotel, despite the fact that it looks bigger in the pictures. Its location is a big plus. Breakfast offers everything: from filter bags to make your own coffee according to the strength you want, quality Tetra Pak juices (mix, peach...), strong-eyed, omelet, chicken ham, honey, butter, chocolate spread, salads, cereals - on a buffet basis. The room has everything: air conditioning, balcony, disposable slippers, hygiene products. The reception staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help. The parking lot has a capacity for two cars - and it can accommodate 5, so you have to leave the keys at the reception desk for one of their people to constantly move, because the space is narrow.

Great location to visit Tirana

Central location, 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport. Clean and well maintained room, large bathroom. Very good breakfast. Excellent starting point for visiting the center of Tirana.

At Nightmare

Really bad hotel, it is not even a three star, the staff spends its time sitting at the bar, does not provide any assistance or support during breakfast, does not solve problems when they arise.
I was on holiday in a group, arrived in the room air conditioner not working, I report the thing and I am told that it would take some time to start; after insisting that it was broken I ask for the change of room, they tell me that they did not have any available. I insist and the room comes out... air conditioner attached to the bed...
Having communicated that he was intolerant to gluten and lactose before even leaving, in the breakfast room I do not see anyone: I go to the reception to ask where was the corner dedicated to intolerances and they say that they did not have any. I would point out that the supermarket had him in front of it to buy a pack of biscuits: total indifference.
After a few days on tour we return to the same hotel... alas... and of course I find the bathroom broken: I report it, they go up and tell me to wait... no one shows up anymore. I go down to reception and they tell me that they had warned the technician: I ask him why they had not let me know anything... total indifference.
At that point I told him that if I didn't find the room fixed on my way back, I would demand protection on another hotel worthy of being called such.
On cleanliness we prefer to keep quiet: I still have pictures of pillow and chair full of stains.
Forgive the length of the review, but... Boutique Hotel??? 4 stars??? But what exactly did we pay?
The indifference in all of this is the really irritating thing: of the series you paid so much. Perfect, I will definitely talk about this with those who sold me the trip, but I can always suggest strongly avoiding this property... hotel is another thing!

The worst hotel of my stay in Albania!!

No parking available, forced to pay parking elsewhere, not friendly staff. Breakfast not worthy of this no, poor quality food, no coffee or steps at 9am. They refused to print my boarding pass I had to go to hotel opposite who kindly printed me the card without asking anything. Very bad stay in this hotel which is not at all a 4 star. I’ve seen hospitals much better than that.

Good location but you can not sleep well

Great location, convenient to all for the price we paid. Breakfast absolutely to review, not at all quality. Clean and spacious rooms, even the bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately there was zero soundproofing and the curtains did not darken enough so at 6am it was already sunny in the room. My advice is at least to change them to ensure a better rest for guests.
