Very good!
The host is very kind and communicates easily via WhatsApp. The accommodation is located on a small street. Parking is at the back, accessed through a rather narrow alley. It is not actually a parking lot, but rather two parking spaces.
We were fortunate to be able to park our car under one of the covered spots, even though some travelers simply park in front.
The host also agreed that we could leave our car after check-out, which was greatly appreciated.
The location is ideal for visiting the city while remaining quiet, without noise disturbances.
The breakfast is very good. However, it is not served directly at the accommodation, but in a small café located just two minutes away on foot.
The room is very pleasant and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a sofa, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is nice and the bedding is comfortable.
We had a very good stay and recommend this place!

No parking at all – misleading listing and poor experience
The host asked me to cancel the booking due to an alleged issue, but after I canceled, they said the room was still available. When we arrived, we were asked to move to a different apartment the next day and had to wait outside several hours before someone came to give us the keys. The other apartment was old, poorly maintained, and did not match the photos shown online.
The biggest issue was the parking. The listing clearly stated that parking was included, but in reality, there is NO parking at all. There are no reserved or guaranteed spaces. When we returned, there was nowhere to park, and we were forced to leave the car on the street. Neighbors confronted us about parking there, and we even had to wake up early in the morning to move the car, which was very stressful.
At one point, we couldn’t easily find our way back to the apartment because our phone was inside, which made the situation even worse.
Overall, communication was poor, and the experience did not match what was promised. I strongly recommend being cautious before booking, especially if you are relying on having parking.
