Everything is perfect. All staff is so kindly. And all the hotel is so clean.

Definitely Not a 5-Star Resort — A Generous 3/5
We stayed at D'Azur Coast Resort for 7 nights, which was more than enough time to see how the hotel operates on a normal day rather than judging it from a single good or bad experience.
The biggest problem is simple: this does not feel like a 5-star resort. The rooms are reasonably modern and there are some good aspects, but the overall facilities, breakfast, pool maintenance, bars and general level of service are much closer to what I would expect from a decent 3-star hotel with direct beach access.
Breakfast
Breakfast is officially supposed to be available from 08:00 until 10:30, but during our stay that was not how it worked in practice.
The breakfast staff generally seemed to arrive around 08:00 themselves, meaning the buffet was still being prepared when guests were already supposed to be eating. In reality, breakfast was usually properly available closer to 08:30, and by approximately 10:00 it was effectively finishing.
The selection was also almost identical every single day: scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried sausages, ham, cheese and a few sweet items.
The food was edible, but after seven days the complete lack of variety became very noticeable. For an ordinary hotel, I could accept this. For somewhere advertised as a 5-star hotel, I cannot.
One positive point: the coffee was actually good, and the staff working at the bar and reception were generally friendly.
Rooms
The rooms are one of the better parts of the hotel.
They appear relatively new, with modern furniture and a clean, simple design. The bed was comfortable enough—not exceptional, but certainly good.
The air-conditioning system, however, has an annoying energy-saving setting that repeatedly resets the temperature to around 25°C after several hours. I personally sleep better at around 19–20°C. The staff can apparently disable this setting if you ask, which helped.
A bigger problem was the air-conditioning filter. It clearly needed cleaning or replacement. I reported it to the staff, but instead of cleaning or changing the filter, they simply reset the AC system. The filter itself remained dirty.
The bathroom is quite small. The toilet includes a bidet function, which is a nice feature, but the shower was not properly cleaned. There was visible dirt in the corners, and the shower drain also appeared not to have been cleaned adequately.
Towels can be replaced daily on request without an additional charge, which is good.
Swimming Pool and Pool Bar
This was probably the most disappointing part of the property.
The swimming pool is shared between three hotels, so it is not really an exclusive resort pool.
More importantly, there is no shower at the pool. For a hotel presenting itself as a 5-star resort, having a swimming pool without even a proper shower facility is difficult to understand.
We also saw no effective access control around the pool, so there did not appear to be much preventing people who were not hotel guests from using it.
There was also no lifeguard present during our stay.
The cleanliness deteriorated as the days passed. We could see debris floating in the water, including what appeared to be dead skin and plant matter/algae. Instead of looking freshly maintained every morning, the pool seemed progressively dirtier.
The so-called pool bar is barely a bar. The selection consisted mainly of water and a few soft drinks/juices. Calling this a pool bar at a 5-star resort creates expectations that the actual facility simply does not meet.
Reception and Beach
The reception area itself is quite small, but the reception staff were among the better parts of our stay. They were friendly, helpful and generally seemed to make a genuine effort to accommodate requests.
Guests can receive a towel every day for use at the pool or beach, although it is one towel to cover both.
The beach is directly accessible, but it is a pebble beach, and the seabed is also covered with pebbles, so water shoes are highly recommended.
Again, during our stay there was no lifeguard on the beach.
The beach bar was another disappointment. The drink selection and service were extremely basic, and they could not even prepare a proper cocktail during our visit. That is difficult to reconcile with the image of a 5-star beachfront resort.
Overall
There are some positives here. The rooms are modern, the beds are reasonably comfortable, the coffee is good, and the reception and bar staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
But those things are not enough to make this a 5-star resort.
A repetitive and late breakfast, dirty AC filter, inadequately cleaned shower and drain, a shared pool without showers or a lifeguard, poor pool cleanliness, extremely limited pool and beach bars, and generally basic facilities are simply not what I expect from a hotel advertised at this level.
If this were presented and priced as a comfortable 3-star beachfront hotel, my expectations would have been very different.
But as a supposed 5-star resort, it falls far short.
We stayed for 7 nights, and based on our experience, we would not return and would not recommend it as a 5-star resort.

It is not an all exclusive, it is a big scam
They say that the hotel gives it’s guests an all exclusive buffet, but they lied to us and they only give you a small portion of food that is also not tasty.
Us being a family, they only brought the food to only 4 members, excluding the 5 one.
It is absurd and by the way they do not speak english.

Outstanding restaurant in Vlora
The staff is very accommodating and extremely friendly.
The food was excellent. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious.
We would love to come back. Highly recommended.
We had fresh fish. The portion was large. We were absolutely full.
