Looks like just another road side motel but has a warm hospitality

Pros:
Its on road
Rooms are neat and clean with all required amenities
Nice cafe and seating
The hospitality at the restaurant is very warm
Cons:
Its not Binsar but on binsar road
The bird sanctuary gate is about 7km from here.
Not suitable for people who have issues with climbing stairs as its on multiple levels
Construction site just adjacent to the property with constant noise of stone cutting and drills( which they stopped immediately on complaining)
Its a decent property if you want to stay outside the sanctuary as there is no electricity in the sanctuary and the property there are remite snd have service issues.

Great Stay!

I stayed at Mohan's for 3 days and had a really good experience!
Rooms: The room was very spacious. All amenities were available and service was prompt. The room had a beautiful attached balcony with chairs and a view of the mountains.
Weather- I visited Binsar in June and the weather was unbearably hot and there were no air conditioners anywhere in the town. It may be a good idea to check the availability of ACs prior to booking for the summer months.
Food: Food was delicious and the quality was really good as well. There was a good variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options in the buffet.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Though overall the hotel was very clean, I found a few small misses like a few pieces of chips lying under my table in my room and a used hand soap from a previous guest's visit. That said, there was otherwise no compromise on quality and cleanliness when it came to food and services, etc.
Location: Mohan's is located at a great location, has a great view and is also surrounded by good cafes. It's also very close to the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary gate (though I wasn't able to visit because of the fire).
Overall, I had a great experience and enjoyed the hospitality at Mohan's. The staff was very helpful and prompt!

Simply Awesome

Our stay at Mohan's was fantastic – the food, location, and overall experience were outstanding. The staff was incredibly courteous, always ready to assist with a positive, can-do attitude. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom, which could use some refurbishing. Apart from that, everything else was top-notch.

The location is great, just a short walk from Crank's Ridge. The room was nice, and the view from the terrace was really great; I enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was good.

Highest Category Room "Padam" is the Hottest Room. Not recommended

We stayed at the Padam which is so called the highest category room. It was terrifically hot room and they don't have AC in it. When we checked with the manager, he said that we did not get time to get it installed. They also know that the room is extremely burning with heat these days but their ultimate aim is just to book. They don't car about the hospitality. Overpriced hotel seeing the facility & service. I dont recommend "Padam" at least in this season.
