Excellent customer service

Excellent hotel with good staff and good service. Centrally located in the heart of the city. Very much happy with there service and there food...stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. They provide dosa, omlette and hot breads directly from kitchen which was very much approaching...

Huge Improvement In All Departments

I was happy to note the huge improvement in all respects as against my previous experience a few years ago. Excellent service, spacious and comfortable room, sumptuous breakfast, very good room service and cleanliness all together make good impression. The only complaint is about the milky, sugary tea, that you invariably get in all small towns across india.

Clean rooms

One of my husband's best friend lives in ambikapur. So, when we were in chattisgarh we decided to catch up with him. We stayed here for a few hours just to freshen up. The staff were polite and the room was clean.

Noisy

We probablyshouldn't have expected much.. But the bed was hard and not that clean. There was a wedding going on and it was extremely noisy. The staff seemed a bit clueless. I guess there is not much of an option here..

“Value for money”

The best hotel in ambikapur. helpful staff. Highly recommended for people coming to ambikapur. The taste of typical Indian food is amazing. Fabulous service. True value for money. I enjoyed the breakfast which was the best and the excellent tea served in the room
