Clean hotel
The Manager named vanaja was really kind and the room and the hotel was clean the room tiles were literally sparkling clean.

Below average
Location is centra. The hotel is not maintained and is not worth the cost.
The paneling is warped. The flooring on the corridor is stained
The rooms smell of cigarette smoke and insecticide.
The staff are friendly. However some do not have the ability to think outside the box to assist with the customers enquiry.
I would not stay in the hotel again unless the hotel is renovate.

Extremely bad experience
Very bad experience
Tried calling in room service for 15 mins at around 1.05 pm no response called front office again no response , went all the way from my room 135 to the front office and very pleasantly expressed my frustration I was promised that some one will call - nothing happened
I eventually called the in room service again at around 1.30 and was lucky to get hold of them and managed to place my luck order .
I was promised it will be delivered in 25 minutes
Eventually after a few reminders I got lunch delivered at 2.40 pm
Requested to speak to GM but could not

Beautiful Stay
Beautiful stay with many food varieties. People are friendly also getting welcomed at the door by the door man he was very helpful. Location is perfect to visit the city centre.

Very basic hotel..the lobbies carpets are funny and the carpets in the room are very basic. The couch in the room is below market and the drapes as well!!
