One of the best Hotel in Burdwan. Food & Service is very Nice. Staff Behaviour are very polite. Ambiance are very Nice.

First I visited there to attend marriage ceremony of my school frnd it was awesome and beautiful place to celebrate occasions and then after that I celebrated birthday of my son.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

My experience at RJ Hotel was extremely frustrating because of the conduct of the reception staff. During my stay, I was asked to pay additional charges that were not transparently communicated. Given the heavy rain and the circumstances, it felt as though the receptionist was trying to take advantage of the situation by demanding even more money.
What was most upsetting was that after I agreed to pay the additional amount, I was suddenly told that no rooms were available. However, both the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff informed us that rooms were, in fact, available. Despite this, the receptionist continued to insist that there were no vacancies, which made it seem like I was being deliberately misled.
The entire experience gave the impression that the situation was being used to pressure me into paying more, rather than providing honest and professional service. As a guest seeking shelter during heavy rainfall, I expected empathy and transparency—not misleading information and what felt like an attempt to extract additional money.
I hope the management seriously reviews the conduct of the reception staff and ensures that future guests are treated with honesty, fairness, and respect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel

Very good gesture and experience we gathered from here, hope to back soon

One of tr best hotel in burdwan city, we came for dinner with family and we enjoyed a lot all the staff was so courtesy and food was so tasty, room is so comfortable for two persons, ambience was amazing and most importantly service is like a hotelier specially Amarjit prem Rashid raju bikram and sujit we really enjoyed, we will visit soon

Average hotel,Staff are very helpfull

Hotel is Avarage.Check in is very smoothly.Food also very nice.But Delivery time is very long.And Room service people behavior is not Good.Housekeeping service are excellent,But no slipper in the room.Housekeeping lady behaviour is very good,Front office staff and lady security is very polite and very helpfull.Thank you so much.
