Very comfortable and awesome
Very comfortable and adequately equipped room for business purposes. Reasonable rates can be obtained from the front desk .The dinner buffet is awesome,there has been no compromise on taste. staffs are very friendly and accommodating. There are no loud noises at night even though it is situated in the heart of the City.

Lots To Improve
The hotel modern but the facilities in the room was lacking. Had to request for toilet rolls hand towel and change of mug and kettle, both not washed. The laundry in the hotel was not working so they gave the clothes to be washed by an outside laundry. The laundry was collected early morning at 7.00am and promised to deliver at 4.00pm which did not happen. Delivered next day in the morning. Housekeeping have a few new employees not trained at all. There is no mini refrigerator in the room.
The best experience in terms of service was from
- the front office manager Harishma and her team of Jebin, Sayant and Shaji.
- the restaurant Barkha in the basement where the staff were pleasant and provided very good service.
Heard there are problems within the management team.

Great experience!!!
Had booked this hotel on the basis of positive reviews and honestly was not let down. The hotel is just 500 meters from Kannur railway station. Check in was quick as I checked into their residency room. The room is quite spacious with all amenities and toiletries you may require just in case you forget. The restaurant in the hotel provides great food and the complimentary breakfast has a wide spread. check out their Kerala thali which is tasty as well pocket friendly.
One suggestion is that the hotel management should put tata sky as most of the channels were Malayalam and since I come from Maharashtra would have appreciated the regional news to connect with my state. Also the buffet breakfast should start atleast at 7 am and it would be worthwhile to pack atleast some sandwich, fruits and juice for those who have to leave early.
All in all a nice experience will come back again.

Average Hotel with minimal facilities - Not worth the cost
Location of the hotel is good. Near by railway station and next to Lulu Sarees. Good restaurant / juice bar's are nearby.
I think this was a very old hotel with slightly renovated rooms. Rooms are ok, bead quality is good. Washrooms are very old. But was clean and tidy.
Old AC's - no use of remote.
No room service in night. There is restaurant in the basement of hotel. I had lunch it was good but very delayed.
Complimentary breakfast was limited and it was fully cold. Buffet could have been better for the cost paid.
Overall family can stay, nice location, very old rooms.

A visit with my family❤️
We happened to stay there recently,the rooms were spacious and tidy with all basic facilities,the washroom was clean.
The staffs at the front desk were helpful in assisting us to the places of interest.
Overall a good experience.We will definitely prefer this place next time around!
