Horrible guests and but the staff helped us

We stayed here as we had a US Consulate interview.. Had an early morning appointment. The people living in the next room were playing the music so loudly at 2:30 in the morning. We called the reception thrice to let these mad people know, but to no avail. It went on till almost 6 or 7 in the morning. We did not get even an hours sleep!!! Sometimes people don’t have any empathy to understand that they are causing a menace to the other guests.
The next morning I requested the hotel staff for an extended checkout. I was so glad when they understood the issue and allowed us to stay for more hours to catch up on our sleep.. I’m really glad for this service and I appreciate the staff and the manager.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

Had a very pleasant stay at Belstead Hotel. The location was convenient and easily accessible, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the property, and the noise level was low, making for a peaceful stay. The staff were courteous, helpful, and provided good service throughout our visit. The amenities were adequate and well-kept, and overall the hotel offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Excellent hospitality and cozy rooms

This is the second time our family stayed in belstead(four nights).centrally located,reachable to all prime areas.Neat and clean well maintained rooms and rest rooms.All staffs are kind and courteous ready for any help&anytime.Restaurant ambiance is good and offers delicious and hygienic food.Room service also good.No noise and sleep quality is good.Value for money.Very comfortable stay.For us belstead is a home away from home

Highly recommended with super helpful staff and delicious food.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Belstead Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my one-year-old baby, and everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming—especially Shafeeq and Ramdas. They were very prompt in assisting with anything we needed, whether it was calling an auto or even playing with our child so we could enjoy breakfast peacefully.
The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety, including idli-sambar, poha, sevai, tasty masala dosas, and omelets. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the Chennai Consulate and the biometric office. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place. An added bonus is their 24-hour room service, which was very helpful.

Travelled to Chennai for visa appointment. Good location. Pretty friendly staff. Great breakfast. Neat and clean room. Highly recommended for the stay near this area.
