Bad experience
I had specifically requested an early check-in yesterday, as we have a senior citizen travelling with us. We have also booked two rooms at the hotel and were expecting a smooth and comfortable arrival.
I had been driving all morning from Delhi and reached the property after a long and tiring journey. Despite the prior request for an early check-in, we were made to wait for more than an hour after reaching the hotel. After such an exhausting journey, the prolonged wait was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially with a senior citizen accompanying us.
This has unfortunately left us with a very poor first impression of the property. I request you to kindly look into the matter and address this experience appropriately.
