Too noisy, close to the metro

The room was essential, and the blankets were not so clean. It has been noisy for all the night, because of other guests and people in the hotel. Good position, at 5 minutes by walking from a metro station. Staff guys were good and kind.

dirty and disgusting never go !!!be warned many cockroaches in your bed

it was the worst nightmare of filth i have ever witnessed,filtthy sheets ,filthy room dreadful service and made us all ill and we had to go to hospital with bed bites and fleas and the owner is horrible as well

cozy crashout and backpacking place

If you're planning for some cheap crashing place, without much happening, then you can give it a try. Apart from being cheap, only other pro I found was this is very near to New Delhi Rail Station and RK Marg Metro station. The remaining cons are:
1. Don't expect good (not great) room service automatically
2. The rooms may looks cramped up
3. You would need to fill the water from the dispenser
4. No closet in the room
5. No lift and high steps. Looks shabby
6. Many petty issues, which are not worthy to be mentioned, like telecom signal, tv signal etc.

The true Delhi

Great experience at the Major's Den. Affordable and well located (less than 15 mins walking from New Delhi train station and just off the city main bazar, where you could walk for days and get lost in the colourful markets!).
The staff is super friendly and they go the extra mile to accommodate you (air co/taxi/beverages/good internet connection).
The triple rooms are the best value for money.
Definitely recommended.
