Slow service rude behaviour of employees and demand excess amount which is unreasonable
Firstly, the overall attitude of the staff was highly unprofessional, particularly Mr. Deep from the front office, who behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
Despite clearly informing the staff not to clean the room, housekeeping employees entered the room in my absence. This is extremely concerning as it compromises guest privacy and creates a risk of personal belongings being misplaced or stolen.
Additionally, a housekeeping staff member instructed me not to use the electric kettle in the room, which raises questions about guest safety and the purpose of providing in-room amenities.
Furthermore, after my stay, staff contacted me and accused me of causing unreasonable stains in the room. These allegations are completely incorrect, yet I was still blamed and charged for damages that were not caused by me. This approach is unfair and unacceptable.
Such behavior and service standards negatively impact the reputation of Citi Residenci. I strongly urge the management to review these issues seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness in the future.
