Quality hotel for stay

Atrium hotel is very good, hygienic, neat and clean hotel. Ambience is attractive and room service was quick. Parking and authentic delicacy restaurant facilities are available. It's in prime location of the Erode town easy to access state highway and national highway

A budget hotel near station

It's an old property that is not very well maintained. The towels that they provide are dark coloured and was not surprised after smelling them. The odour of the towels were awful! They have very limited staff and hence not sure about the quality of service. The rooms are not sound proof and sleep quality is not good. Only recommended if there is no other option.

Not suitable for family

We were allotted on top most floor, a typical atrium like configured floor with very few rooms. Some of the rooms, the management kept it for their personal use with outside open lock . Something unusual amidst guest rooms. Midnight unusual sounds and horrible disturbing actions on corridors. Night duty staffs taking the incidents casually. If you are allotted fouth floor rooms, guests with family please be careful. Otherwise rooms are neat and modern with all amenities for a nice stay.

this is only place is better

this is only hotel available in this town at this category. some how it is ok to stay for a nigh . rooms are good . but cafeteria staff are obedient , but the major problem is they are easily forgetting the orders . just because of this restaurant sale is going down. over all food is good.reception staff are good. bath towels are very small.

Good hotel in the centre of Erode

We stayed there on the Christmas day on our way to Bangalore since we reached Erode by 6 pm and it was raining hence unable to drive at night. It is a decent hotel in the town, little bit aged but still ok for one night stay. I booked through Agoda and reached the hotel soon and by that time my booking reservation printout was ready. Rooms are adequately spacious for 2 and neat. Restaurant is neat & clean and serving tasty food. We saw many local people from outside also visiting the restaurant for food. Breakfast buffet was limited but sufficient.
CONS : (1) When we arrived at the hotel by 6 pm, it was raining, and one security person was sitting in the entrance but didn't even look on us. Parking in the front is little bit tricky due to the limited space but he didn't care to help us and any staff not helped to shift the luggage also. The security on the next day morning was helpful during our checkout.
(2) The towels and the pillow covers are of coffee brown colour, which I don't like. Hotel towels should be white and funky.
(3) Kettle handle was broken and wrapped with an insulation tape.
However, I recommend this hotel for short stays.
