Pleasant Stay at Central Hill Resort – Great Location

I have visited Central Hill Resort twice, and both times I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its prime location in the central market area, which makes everything easily accessible — shops, restaurants, and local attractions are all within walking distance.
The staff is polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming. The interiors have a nice traditional touch, and the seating and dining areas are spacious and comfortable.
If the property undergoes some renovation and minor upgrades, it has the potential to become one of the best hotels in the central market area. The location and structure are already strong points — with modernization, it would truly stand out.
Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

rooms are broken , towels bed sheet are old and dirty

The rooms are dirty, the bedsheet and towels are old very old. the bathroom doors don't close /locked. the toilets are broken. the staff is rude. the only good thing close to mall road. at this price there are plenty of other options, kindly avoid this one . request the management - the rooms needs upgrades

Stay away from this hotel and worst place to stay.

This has been my worst stay so far of all the hotels I stay till now. Here are the issues :
1. We reached late in the night around 11 pm and required extra bed. The guy at the reception declined the request stating we don’t have staff
2. Upon reaching rooms we found dirty towels and rooms were stinking . We somehow stayed at the night . Called the guy in the morning who was supposed to be the owner convinced us to stay and he would resolve the issues .
3. Next morning there was no power and lift wasn’t working working and my mom who is 65 years old with knee issues had to climb down
4. Geysers were not working and we had to manage with cold water for bath
5. Breakfast which was included all it had was poori and curry. With Poha and breads were finished even before we reached the restaurant
6. We had to eat my using candles and mobile torches as there was no power
7. All these I could forgiven but the staff the reception were so rude that they didn’t even bothered to fix or apologise instead they threatened us .
Please avoid staying in this hotel. All they need is money and no service what so ever.

The good hotel

Had an amazing stay. Everything was upto the mark. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and the view from room was mesmerizing ....... During the time of check everything was good. All the staffs were friendly as well as well helpful☺️

Awesome experience.

Great Food & Peaceful Atmosphere
The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was quick. The rooftop garden was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it! We will visit again.
