A great budget hotel with wonderful service

Hotel Delta is well located for most temple in Gaya. The hotel has average rooms with basic facilities, but the food and staff service is excellent.
The corner rooms are very spacious and has larger washrooms.
The hotel has been recently upgraded itself with new interiors.

Very poor service bad management, decoration and cherry on the cake is rude and indifferent staff won't suggest anybody

Guest feel they have overpaid for the quality of stay,staff was rude, indifferent and unprofessional,front desk staff were worst and indifferent,food quality issues and facilities problem, service was so bad I won't suggest anybody to organise anything in this hotel....the promised decoration was not delivered....dere were not trained for handling guest request...

Comfortable weekend drive tour

The hotel is located at the main intersection of the highway with the road leading to Bodh Gaya. The location is superbly advantageous for motorists yet free from congestion.
The hotel staff were very polite and courteous. From the moment we stepped out of our car they went all the way to help us check in and settled in our rooms.
The rooms were spacious, clean and more than adequate. The bathrooms were clean and sanitized. There was hot and cold water available. They provided us with extra towels. Room service was a bit slow but they made up for it by their extremely helpful attitude. Buffet breakfast was well laid and they served us at our table. All throughout the meal they kept inquiring about what else we wanted and about the quality of the cooking. In a nutshell, they made us feel as cherished guests.
They have sufficient car parking inside the premises. They arranged for a car wash in the morning at a reasonable charge. This makes all the difference to motorists. A small nursery is also within the premises where you can buy many different varieties of plants and herbs.
The check out was smooth and easy. The front office staff was helpful in settling the bills.
The hotel was recommended by it'sinAsia. Credits and thanks are due to them for understanding our requirements and recommending this hotel.

Be aware Bhola Sigh

Be aware of Bhola Sigh, a cheater. He may be asked 2k but at the time of check out, you might have to pay 4K. Auto fare Rs100 but this Bhola Singh will talk about Rs 1000 for airport pick up. A quiet place, really specious good for marriage and Party. I like the location because you can easily go to God Buddha’s place. Rooms are good having required amenities. But airport pickup seems to be expensive. Good staff.
