Typical jungle lodges ambience nice healthy food.
Nice place rooms are spacious, staff is good, they need to do an extra effort to maintain and fix small issues overall like any other Jungle lodges this place has its own ambience it also provide great tasting healthy home made food.

Good Property, Poor Maintenance and Service
Based on our excellent experience at their other properties, we chose to stay here. While the property itself has great potential, it is not well maintained. The rooms are spacious but look quite dated. Housekeeping services were disappointing, and the swimming pool had broken tiles, which made it less appealing.
Although it is called Om Beach Resort, the beach is actually about 5 km away. The service here also does not match the standards we have experienced at other Jungle Lodges properties.
Overall, it’s an average stay — the location and property are good, but better upkeep and service are needed to make it truly worthwhile.

A Perfect Coastal Getaway at Om Beach Resort – Exceptional Service & Hospitality!
We recently stayed at Om Beach Resort, a JLR (Jungle Lodges & Resorts) property in Gokarna, and it exceeded all our expectations. The check-in at 1:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM were absolutely smooth, with no hassles or waiting time whatsoever. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring a surprisingly large bathroom measuring approximately 10 ft by 8 ft – a luxury you rarely find at beach resorts. The Golghar, their dining area, offers a top-class ambiance where they serve delicious food; their Kane Fish Fry deserves a special mention as it was absolutely mouth-watering and perfectly spiced.
What truly sets this property apart is the exceptional staff behavior – they are spot on with their service and genuinely attentive to guest needs. As part of our package, they arranged an evening trip to Om Beach and Kudle Beach in their own vehicle, followed by a morning visit to the famous Gokarna Temple – both experiences were seamless and well-organized. We visited on a weekday and were the only guests that day, yet the staff maintained their impeccable service standards without any compromise. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return for another relaxing getaway!

This property location is good and room is spacious but all good things end there. DO not expect basic courtesy and hospitality is out of question. I have been a regular to JLR out of all this seems to be odd one or usually basics are right. There are many good properties available more near to beach go for them.

A peaceful resort a distance from Om Beach
Om beach resort is 5 km from the beach on Om Beach road. It is a got run venue with mostly lovely staff except the manager. As we arrived he started yelling at us that he had tried to contact the tour co to find out where we were. This was a clear booking months in advance. We arrived at 1.45m....not late. He relentlessly yelled at us as if his problems were ours. We think he hates his job. The only conclusion we can come to. With this welcome? We proceeded to complete documentation, were given details of meal times, no WiFi and directed to go the dining area & eat lunch. No indication where our room was. Never informed about a pool existing. Once lunch finished we finally found someone who could help.us find our room. The room was a double room, spacious with inside and outside seating, comfy bed and a clean bathroom. There was air con, fans and filtered water in jugs provided.
By far all the other staff apart from the manager were friendly, helpful and professional. The meal times were set and food was presented buffet style. The meals were quite adequate. The gardens of the property were delightful. A lovely setting. There was also a really pleasant man who could take you down to Om Beach or Kudle Beach at 7.30 am and 4pm. A welcome service. Sadly none of this information had been told to us so it took time to know what was happening. The staff knew the routine but it would have been good to give a kind welcome and a broader low down of what the property has on offer at check in. This is an ideal spot to be away from chaos once you get past the front desk
